An ‘Out of the Box’ thinker, he is a keen planner, with skills in monitoring core deliverables. He has an impressive record of achievements, over a long and illustrious career of over 30 years in the corporate space.
He is vastly qualified, with a Bachelor’s degree in Pure Sciences, and two Post Graduate Diplomas in Business Administration and Marketing Management. He holds a Master Diploma in Training from Indo Russian Academy of Training & Development (IRATD). He is also a certified Lead Auditor under QMS systems. He has attended several Continuing Education programs in institutions such as Administrative Staff College of India – Hyderabad, Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore, and KPMG.
He has 15 years experience in Training and Development, and has handled a wide range of responsibilities in this vertical. His skills in training and mentoring have benefitted many peers and sub-ordinates, in organizations in India and abroad.
Dr. Janaki Subramaniam
An experienced Homoeopathic Medical practitioner, she holds a BHMS degree (Bachelor in Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery) from Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital. The degree is awarded by the Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, New Delhi. She has also completed a course in DMag. (Diploma in Magnetotherapy) from Indian Institute of Magnetotherapy.
Dr. Janaki has a vast experience in medical practice, managing her own clinics in India, and abroad. She was a Consultant Homoeopathic Physician in Al Amal Clinic in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Also, she was appointed to be the 1st Homoeopathic Examiner for Homoeopaths by the Ministry of Health in Oman. She would take interviews to assess the candidates & then appointed them to the Clinics. Over two years, she formed a panel of three Homoeopathic doctors to conduct both written examinations as well as interviews. She has attended many CME (Continuing Medical Education) sessions, and presented papers and case studies. She has also published several articles in leading magazines.
She has successfully treated a large number of acute and chronic cases, and patients of all age groups. After returning to India, she now has her own clinic in Bangalore India.
